Terms of Service

Evnty

These Terms of Service apply to Enty - evnty.io, a Kuwait event marketplace connecting customers with venues, catering, photography, entertainment, and related event vendors. Registration and provider identity Enty and participating vendors must complete registration in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry digital commerce register before operating in digital commerce. The commercial register type, number, and registered place of business are currently placeholders until final MOCI registration details are issued. Vendors remain responsible for keeping their commercial, professional, licensing, pricing, and contact data accurate. Electronic contracting transparency Before payment, customers can review the steps for concluding the contract, provider identity, essential service characteristics, event date or execution timeline, service address, final price, payment method, logistics or delivery costs, offer conditions, and applicable cancellation or return terms. Customers may correct cart, address, schedule, and payment selections before submitting payment. Pricing, payments, and invoices Prices are shown in KWD unless stated otherwise. Electronic payments are processed only through payment service providers represented as licensed or permitted under Central Bank of Kuwait requirements. KNET, Visa, and Mastercard may be shown as available methods depending on gateway configuration. Enty does not impose additional fees for using electronic payment methods unless those fees are pre-approved by the Central Bank of Kuwait and disclosed in the contract terms. An electronic invoice should be issued immediately after contract conclusion in Arabic, with other languages optional. Service execution and delays The platform or vendor will notify customers in a timely manner of any delay or difficulty that affects contract execution. If execution is delayed beyond the agreed period or 15 days, whichever is less, the customer may cancel and receive a full refund through the original payment method or an agreed alternative. Customer conduct and vendor obligations Customers must provide accurate contact, event, and address information. Vendors are bound by their listings, advertisements, prices, descriptions, and offers, and may only deviate from them in the customer's favor. Advertisements must not include false claims, counterfeit logos, misleading statements, or material that violates public order or morals. Complaints and dispute settlement Enty provides a transparent complaints process through support@evnty.io and the contact channels listed on the Contact page. Complaint records are retained for at least six months. Customers may also refer disputes to the MOCI Dispute Settlement Committee. Committee decisions are final and enforceable. MOCI may publish sanctions, and relevant committees or inspectors may inspect, refer cases, or temporarily block digital stores as permitted by law. Records and electronic signatures Enty maintains electronic records for documents and transactions for at least five years and makes legally required records available to the Ministry on request. Customers may request their own records at any time. If electronic signatures are used for contracts or agreements, Enty will obtain any required Ministry license, ensure the signature uniquely identifies the signer, and notify the Ministry of unauthorized signature use where required. Cybersecurity and data protection Enty applies reasonable Kuwait cybersecurity standards and data protection measures aligned with decisions and guidelines issued by Kuwait's National Cybersecurity Center, including regular updates to data protection systems. Changes These terms may be updated for executive regulations, MOCI instructions, CBK instructions, operational changes, or legal review. The effective version published on this page applies unless a more favorable customer term is required by law.
