How do I book a service? Browse services, add the preferred service to your cart, review the date, address, provider identity, price, cancellation terms, and payment method, then proceed to payment. Which payment methods are supported? The checkout may show KNET, Visa, and Mastercard depending on gateway setup. Electronic payments should be processed through CBK-licensed or permitted payment service providers. Can I cancel a booking? Cancellation depends on the legal withdrawal right, vendor terms, event date, and whether the service is tied to a specific date or period. Event services on a fixed date are a key legal exception to the 14-day withdrawal right. What if the vendor is delayed? You will be notified of delays or execution difficulties. If the delay exceeds the agreed period or 15 days, whichever is less, you may cancel and receive a full refund. How do I complain? Email support@evnty.io or call +965 99922600 with your order reference and details. Complaint records are retained for at least six months. The MOCI Dispute Settlement Committee may also handle qualifying disputes. Are vendors verified? The verification badge means the vendor's identity and commercial license details are reviewed by Enty and their MOCI digital commerce registration is expected to be confirmed before live operation.
